My husband and I went in just to look around for a car after my RAV4 was considered a total loss from an accident that occurred- although the plan was just to "look", when we met Kevin, walking up into Empire; with the amazing customer service he provided us that day, we came out Empire with a brand-new car! Ab Isa and Mike are top tier! I am a super frugal person and they both had magnificent customer service. They took their time and showed me different vehicles and payment options until I comfortably selected the best vehicle for me and my budget. Ive been to other dealerships and left feeling like I got scammed. That was absolutely not the case here. I feel happy and like I made an informed decision.
