I have had my 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross since April and I have loved every second of driving this car. I had a disappointing experience at Empire Toyota. My brief interaction with Brandon left me feeling uncomfortable - he seemed disengaged and somewhat arrogant. He didnt align with what one would expect from a sales person, showing little interest in discussing or negotiating a deal or even answering questions that seemed important to me. I ended up walking away without pursuing it further and felt the visit was a waste of time
