Nancy's steady leadership sets the tone for her team and she is calm, has an organized approach but most of all creates an environment where both clients and staff feel supported. Daniellas warmth, communication skills, and genuine care for customer experience ensure that every concern is heard and addressed with respect and clarity. Stefauns is attentive and has a strong product knowledge. He goes above and beyond and really pays attention is what I have found in my dealings with him. In particular, he consistently makes sure that I have peace of mind and not to worry when things are happening. Thank you to the whole team and their leadership. Daniella is very rude and disrespectful. It’s honestly no wonder why they struggle to keep employees. And incomprehensible on how they conduct business the way they do.
