had a great experience at Empire Mazda of Green Brook. David was my salesperson, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I ended up buying a Toyota from them, and even after the sale, they continued to provide outstanding customer service. They are replacing the tires, brakes, and engine oil to make sure the vehicle is in excellent condition. While the work is being completed, they even provided me with a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciate. They were always responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s hard to find a dealership that stands behind their customers after the purchase, but Empire Mazda of Green Brook definitely does. What started as a search for a pre-owned 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross SUV turned into the purchase of a brand-new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross SUV, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment my godfather and I arrived at the dealership, David treated us with respect, patience, and genuine care. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every vehicle we reviewed and took the time to understand my needs, budget, and personal preferences. Instead of trying to push a sale, he presented me with several options that best fit my affordability, comfort, convenience, lifestyle, and taste. One thing that truly stood out was David's honesty and dedication to making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Since I wanted a different color than black for the 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross SUV, he was able to secure a $500 discount toward my purchase since the only available color that they had was black. He also walked me through every step of the financial services process, helped me obtain car insurance, coordinated with the concierge team for my plates and registration, and even took the time to draw out a budgeting plan so I could better understand and feel comfortable with my monthly payments. David's knowledge of Toyota vehicles is second to none. He thoroughly explained the differences between gas, hybrid, and electric models, discussing performance, fuel efficiency, mileage, operating costs, and the many features available in today's Toyota lineup. He even shared the history and accomplishments of Toyota as a company, which made me appreciate the brand even more. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention and service he provided. My godfather and I were at the dealership until after 9 PM, yet David remained patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He personally helped me download and set up the Toyota app on my phone, explained all of the vehicle's controls and technologies, ensured my new SUV was cleaned and prepared, and even arranged for a ceramic coating while I finalized paperwork with Bernardo in Financial Services. Another act of trust and professionalism that meant a lot to me was that, despite not having my down payment check with me at the time, the dealership trusted me enough to drive my new vehicle off the lot and bring the payment afterward on another day that was convenient for me. That level of confidence and customer care is rare these days. Lastly, What makes this experience even more meaningful is the timing. I purchased my 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross SUV on July 14, 2026, the very same day my 2018 Nissan Sentra was severely damaged by flooding in my apartment complex parking lot due to a drainage issue last year in 2025. I truly believe God worked through this situation and sent David as a living vessel to help guide me through an unexpected and stressful season. David didn't just sell me a vehicle. He educated me, supported me, respected me, and helped me make one of the most important purchases of my life with confidence and peace of mind.
