Whether you're buying a new or pre-owned vehicle, Eduardo takes the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel pressured. He listened carefully to my concerns about the car and its price, discussed them with his manager, and helped us reach a fair agreement. Although there were a few delivery issues—such as didn't get the second key yet, the car not being fully detailed, the coolant level needing attention, and the owner's manual initially being missing—Eduardo worked hard to address my concerns, and I ultimately left happy with my purchase. I especially appreciated that Eduardo kindly picked me up and dropped me off during the delivery process, which made the experience even more convenient. His dedication to customer service truly went above and beyond.

Eduardo was great with finding my dream car. He worked with us for a couple of months as there was a certain color I really wanted but it was going to take too long. Overall I do like the car I purchased as it had all the technology I wanted. He was great in showing me different cars as I was not set on which one but finally settled on the Grand Highlander. Every time a new Grand Highlander came he would notify me to see if that was the car I was ready to buy ! I appreciate his patience a lot and in always being there when needed whether on phone, text or stopping by! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a Toyota !
