Our sales consultant - advisor Henry (Ming) Chung was excellent and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the differences in the models of Camry my wife was interested in and showed us the different models and allowed us ample time to examine each one. He sat with my wife as she picked up her new Camry and went over all the dashboard controls, and features so she was comfortable. He even followed up with a phone call after we had the car for a day to check and see were we still satisfied with our purchase. YES we are. Update. I still give 5 stars to the sales team, but the finance department( Richard) has been the worst. I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty and it’s been a year and he still hasn’t processed it. They barely pick up the phone in that department, and don’t look at the email I send. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this almost a year after purchasing a vehicle. I Purchased a Toyota Tundra recently, highly recommend the place. Henry was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and send pictures before going to the dealership and after. Highly recommend both the truck and the dealership to anyone.
