I had a great experience purchasing my car, especially because of the excellent service I received from the sales consultant Henry Chung. I totally appreciate that he was not pushy or made me feel pressured into buying. After we shopped around and visited other Toyota dealerships I went back to Henry and purchased a car from him. After purchasing the car, and drove off the lot, I thought I heard a noise and went back to see if I can find Henry and ask him. He came right out, we took it for a drive, he explained and reassured me there was nothing wrong with the car. That was awesome. He really didn't have too. I honestly couldn't be happier with my car. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Henry he made the whole experience very easy.

I found a used RAV4 hybrid that I was interested in seeing online, so went in to check it out with my twin daughters who are new drivers. We met with Henry and after sitting us down and talking to us about what we were looking for, he suggested we also look at a Corolla Cross, which is a bit smaller but still roomy. While my daughters liked the RAV4, they LOVED the Corolla Cross. They can’t stop talking about how much easier it is to drive than my Infiniti QX60. Henry was great with all the follow up and I’ve recommended him to 2 friends already who have kids about to get their licenses. Very helpful and great follow up!

I know a lot of people will say my salesperson was great and that you got the best deal around, and at Empire Toyota, it's true. Henry was amazing. His knowledge of cars from many brands, from his experiences at different car dealerships, made my five trips to Empire worth every stop. I picked up a great Rav4 and love it.
