From the entrance to exiting the building with my vehicle, i would say staff was by far friendly, professional and most of all patient. Good experience. Bought a used 2022 Highlander Limited with low miles at a good price. The sales person Sam was very good. Service fixed an issue with a roof rack after the sale for free. There were some scratches due to a cover wrongly fixed by service. The service took ownership of the mistake and got it fixed in their bodyshop. Worked with Nancy from service. Overall good experience!!
