Bait and switch, I inquire about a 2023 rav 4 prime I saw online a few days ago. Jeff and Luis kept calling me to come and look at the car. When I finally found time I call them and said I was coming in a few minutes. When I arrived I received another call from Luis and I said I was parking my car. When I entered the showroom I met Luis and showed me to his table. He then told me that the car I was looking at was sold already and was pointing me to a different car.Be careful dealing with this people. Even upto now Im making this review the car is still posted online

From the entrance to exiting the building with my vehicle, i would say staff was by far friendly, professional and most of all patient. First and for most, thank you Jeff who got me into my first lease. We go way back!! Thank you Hossam El Rashida and Kelvin for dealing with my many ?s. You both handled it extremely well. Great work guysGREAT amenities if a loyal customer..lol

From start to finish Jeff miller and Juan Alvarez were super professional. I was in and out and on the ride with my new vehicle cant say how happy I am in words but Im super excited. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality that was given to me from when I walked in the door to when I exited. Awesome job
