I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Juan A., my salesman, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to walk me through every detail and answer all my questions. Ab Issa, my finance manager, was just as great, very professional and transparent, and he made sure I fully understood all the paperwork and options available to me. Overall, I have no complaints at all. The entire team made this a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend asking for Juan A. and Ab Issa if youre interested in purchasing a Toyota.
