I have been going to Empire (previously Crystal) for more than twelve years now. My experience with the team there has always been great. This time around I accompanied my mother and she was able to get a great deal on a lease vehicle. Juan and Bernardo worked very well together to help us find the right type of car her. Their service was so good that I ended up getting a new vehicle as well without planning it! We were guided carefully through the whole process and never felt pressured in anyway. I would highly recommend Empire and Juan and Bernardo specifically (working both Toyota and Mazda).
