Brought my car in for 110K service and replacement of shock absorbers. I was very happy with the professionalism Justin Vega showed in keeping me updated on the vehicles progress. He is always very pleasant to deal with and he consistently goes out of his way to make sure I leave the place very satisfied with the level of service he and the Empire Toyota service team provided. He is certainly an asset to their company,

Justin is always very professional, remembers who we are when we arrive, and most of all applies that little extra to make sure we are offered everything that we are eligible for. He is very knowledgeable about his job, and whenever possible we always go directly to him for our service. Our last car a 2025 Grand Highlander was our 8th car we have purchased from Crystal and Empire Mall without a single complaint period. Keep up the good work Justin. We just had another Service Experience at Empire Toyota. This time our Service Representative was Stefaun Harris. We have had Stefaun several times in the past. He again was very professional, kept us updated on what was going on with our car. Took time to explain why various CB parts needed to be replaced and how often. Stefaun is an excellent representative of the Empire Dealership. It is always nice to have a team you can rely on. Our Empire Team is Nadir, Mohamed, Justin and Stefaun. Our latest purchase from Crystal/Empire was a 2025 Grand Highlander which brings our total Toyota cars purchase comes to 9 without a single complaint or problem that was not resolved to our satisfaction, keep up the great work.

i purchased my HIghlander at Empire Toyota of Green Brook and they have exclusively serviced the car. Everyone there, especially Justin Vega, have always been professional and knowledgeable. Justin, as my service advisor, has always kept me abreast of the progress of repairs and service. He always returned my phone calls! The facility is clean and has a very comfortable waiting area.
