I came in for a recall and oil change. I still have warranty for oil change but they charged me out of pocket. For the recall, they said they would order the part. It's been since september and no one has contacted me that the part has arrived. They also said my rear shocks were leaking. I purchased extended warranty but Lissette said "NO HUNNY IT IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR". I brought it to another toyota and they said it is under warranty. Update- Thank you Kiara for giving me back the refund and making it right.

I had a very bad experience at Empire Toyota of Green Brook. The staff was not friendly at all. I was trying to schedule my 10,000-mile service, and I also had an open safety recall that needed to be addressed. I made several attempts to communicate with Lisette Torres, but she never returned my calls. I left messages with Valentina, or I was repeatedly told that Lisette was busy with a client or not available. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a response or any real help. In the end, I decided to go back to my usual dealer, Hudson Toyota. Even though it is farther from my home, the difference was night and day: they were kind, helpful, and very efficient. In less than half a day, my car was ready. I do not recommend Empire Toyota of Green Brook.

Best dealership. We have purchased 4 vehicles in my family George and Ab always take care of us. Lissette is a great service advisor always goes out of her way to help and confirm we are serviced adequately with a smile on her face. Last experience was the worst with Kayla. She began the day with an attitude and not willing to confirm vehicle extended warranty stating it expired but yet again vehicle only has 10,000 miles how is that even possible. I have worked with other service advisers never an issue just her. What ever you do avoid Kayla as an advisor as she does not meet Empire standards and the team is fabulous you would not want to miss out.

Empire Toyota of Green Brook was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Courteous, Professional, and exceptional customer service!!! Lisset Tores, Service writer who took care of me was absolutely AWESOME AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE SPECIAL!!!! THANK YOU!!
