I would say a sincere appreciation to Nancy, Service Manager, Daniella Atkinson, Customer Relations Officer, and Service Advisor Stefaun Harris for the exceptional and amazing professionalism and dedication they demonstrate each day at Toyota of Green Brook. You will see the level of commitment is evident in every interaction. Nancy's steady leadership sets the tone for her team and she is calm, has an organized approach but most of all creates an environment where both clients and staff feel supported. Daniellas warmth, communication skills, and genuine care for customer experience ensure that every concern is heard and addressed with respect and clarity. Stefauns is attentive and has a strong product knowledge. He goes above and beyond and really pays attention is what I have found in my dealings with him. In particular, he consistently makes sure that I have peace of mind and not to worry when things are happening. Thank you to the whole team and their leadership. Thank you for ensuring my family are safe and we truly experience a great customer experience.

Had a very good experience with Empire Toyota Service. My repair took longer than expected, due to a complication along the way. The staff, especially Nancy (manager) and K (associate) were especially caring and attentive, doing everything possible to accommodate our loaner needs, given my daughters special needs, and ensuring that the complication was addressed as quickly as possible so we could get back into our own car. We had a very positive experience, thanks to Nancy and K. Excellent customer service.

I Truly hope Michael Brown owner of this dealership reads this! 3 months back i brought in our company vehicle for service. we purchased this 2017 Prius from the long Island dealer. I've been coming here to empire when it was Crystal Toyota (way better service). Anyway my heat/ac all controls were not working, after diagnostic turns out i needed a water pump, catalyst and battery. never once got a warning on my dashboard. So my Rep Stefan tells me the after the pump was replaced my car would be here for a while (3 months) i waited for a catalyst and $4500.00 later. a week after i got the car i tried adding windshield washer but the hood would open, i go back and explain to him the hood work before you got it, his response it would cost me another $300+ for parts/labor his discount price. I refused and left. week and half goes by now my temperature gauge is coming on and off and so is the check engine light. by Now i'm so pissed i reached out to the Service Mgr. Nancy Cirelli, no problem bring it in i will check with the mechanic to see whats going on. I come in after work signing in while they provide a loaner. On my way home i noticed something strange about this vehicle (daisies stuck to air vents, parrot on a swing off the rear view mirror and an easypass. look inside and find its a customers personal vehicle, now i call and find i'm heading back. I'll save you the details of what happend at empire. Now after a week and not hearing from the Manager or return calls i finally got in touch to find out some half ass mechanic that couldn't explain what the issue was had determind that i needed a NEW ENGINE FOR $9,300.00 dollars. I shared the video Nancy sent me with Jose the so called mechanic with someone more knowledgeable and knows his cars only to find out that whatever they did the first time only led to according to them fluid getting into my engine, bad head gasket, possible thermostat bad and never replaced or checked when they changed the water pump. A mechanic that sounded like his previous job was changing tires because he couldn't describe what he originall had done to my vehicle! Sorry for the long winded review but I NEVER experienced such incompetent people. Forgot to mention I was listed as someone with a Pennsylvania phone number and some strangers email. And would you believe a sales person had the Audacity to call me the day after and ask if i was still interested in purchasing a 2023 Honda Pilot! I've never seen a bunch of F %$#@!& idiots! I guess the reviews i read don't lie. SHAME ON YOU MR. MICHAEL BROWN

Good experience. Bought a used 2022 Highlander Limited with low miles at a good price. The sales person Sam was very good. Service fixed an issue with a roof rack after the sale for free. There were some scratches due to a cover wrongly fixed by service. The service took ownership of the mistake and got it fixed in their bodyshop. Worked with Nancy from service. Overall good experience!!
