My husband and I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured during the process. Update. I still give 5 stars to the sales team, but the finance department( Richard) has been the worst. I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty and its been a year and he still hasnt processed it. They barely pick up the phone in that department, and dont look at the email I send. I shouldnt have to be dealing with this almost a year after purchasing a vehicle. I Purchased a Toyota Tundra recently, highly recommend the place. Henry was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and send pictures before going to the dealership and after. Highly recommend both the truck and the dealership to anyone.

I bought my 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross at Empire Toyota and was assisted by Luis Diaz. He was very attentive and made the purchase easy and pleasant. The finance manager Richard Perafan was also helpful in making the sales tranaction easy. Luis followed up to see how I was doing with the car and offered help if I needed it. I have had my previous car serviced at Empire Auto Mall and always found the staff helpful and courteous.
