I recently got my first car and had the pleasure of working with Sam Franco as my sales representative and Ab Issa as the finance manager. Great place to buy a car with so many options. I bought Toyota RAV4, 2020 year, from this dealership. From the first moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by Samuel Franco who went above and beyond to make sure we got the best experience possible. We were offered a test drive and were not limited in time, which helped me to see its performance on the road and feel that this car is mine. Sam handed all the paperwork and was able to negotiate a good deal which is very important. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The only long wait was for the temporary plates and during that time Sam checked on us to see if we needed anything, that was very nice of him. When everything was finally ready he attached it to the car and made sure we didnt have any other questions. So far our overall experience was positive and I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Good experience. Bought a used 2022 Highlander Limited with low miles at a good price. The sales person Sam was very good. Service fixed an issue with a roof rack after the sale for free. There were some scratches due to a cover wrongly fixed by service. The service took ownership of the mistake and got it fixed in their bodyshop. Worked with Nancy from service. Overall good experience!!
