I had a fantastic experience at Empire Toyota thanks to Stefan Harris. I didn’t realize he was a service advisor at first, he was so friendly and approachable that I thought he was just handling intake. Throughout my visit, he kept me informed, was always on point, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He truly went above and beyond. I honestly can’t say I’ve had a similar experience at any other dealership service department. If you’re someone who gets anxious at dealerships like I do, where every phone call makes you think they’re about to tell you that you need a new engine, you’re welcome in advance for this recommendation. Stefan somehow made a dealership visit feel almost relaxing, which I didn’t think was possible. 😆 Thank you, Stefan, for restoring a little of my faith in dealership service departments.

Nancy's steady leadership sets the tone for her team and she is calm, has an organized approach but most of all creates an environment where both clients and staff feel supported. The maintenance service at Empire Toyota of Green Brook was excellent from beginning to end. Making the service appointment was easy, and the shuttle ride provided to and from my home was extremely helpful. Stefaun Harris my service advisor was very easy to work with and knew a great deal about the services my Toyota would need. He documented everything very well and texted me and called me to approve the services that were needed. He answered the questions I asked on the telephone. The maintenance work was completed successfully, and I was notified when the shuttle driver was on his way to pick me up and bring me to Empire Toyota of Green Brook to pick up my vehicle. Altogether a very efficient and pleasant experience.

Had my Toyota RAV4 maintenance completed this month. My service advisor, Stefaun, provided exceptional service from initial diagnostic to the delivery of my car.. The mechanic, Michael Hernandez, was very transparent about the condition of my car. Both were very helpful & knowlegable.
