I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota GR Supra from Toyota of Green Brook, and unfortunately it was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. The biggest issue was that after I had already signed all of the paperwork and completed the purchase, I was informed that the dealership had "misplaced" the second key. This was never disclosed during the sales process. Had I known before signing, I would have expected the issue to be resolved prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. Wayne Schey and Imran Khan assured me they would take care of it quickly and that the replacement key would be ready when my license plates arrived. Instead, it took over six weeks to receive the second key. During that time, I had to make multiple unnecessary trips to the dealership, wasting both my time and fuel because the promised timeline kept changing. To make up for the inconvenience, I was promised complimentary gas when I returned. However, when I arrived, I found out they didn't even have premium fuel available—despite selling performance vehicles like the GR Supra that require 91+ octane gasoline. It felt like another empty promise rather than a genuine effort to make things right. The entire experience lacked communication, transparency, and follow-through. Losing a customer's second key is one thing, but waiting until after the paperwork is signed to disclose it, followed by weeks of delays and broken promises, is unacceptable. I love my Supra, but the buying experience at Toyota of Green Brook left a lasting negative impression. I hope the dealership improves its customer service, communication, and accountability so future customers don't have to go through the same experience I did.

Worked with Wayne to discuss options on my lease return and if it wasnt for him, I would still have my old car! First and only dealer I went to and walked out with a brand new vehicle for my wife. Wayne had us work with Eduardo who was too notch! Asked him to come along with us for the test drive and it was enjoyable with him as he gave us the ins and out if the vehicle! He made the process fun and smooth for us to enjoy it! This dealer and Eduardo are the go to for getting the job done! Thank you Eduardo for all that you did!

Empire Toyota and Empire Mazda have new ownership and management. I have been a loyal customer of Crystal Toyota and Crystal Mazda for approximately two decades with purchasing 6 cars in total and all service performed at the dealership. With new management for the past year, I was worried if the same high level of professional customer service would continue. My doubts and concerns were put to rest when I took the time to share my feedback in the completion of a customer survey after a recent car service on October 15, 2024. My survey response pointed to some issues with the level of service I received compared to past services by the previous management team. To my surprise, the survey was read by the new General Manager, Mr. Wayne Schey. He followed up to my survey response and contacted me for further details to address the cited issues. After our conversation, he also had his service and parts manager, Rich Mota contact me to address any issues I had and provided advice on the recommended service needs for my Prius Prime in priority order. This clearly demonstrated to me that the new management team of Empire Toyota and Empire Mazda did indeed care for the needs of their customers and to continue to earn the trust of existing customers from the past under Crystal Auto Group. This management team demonstrated that they just did not want to sell you a car but wanted to earn a life long customer for their customers' car needs and service needs. All my doubts and concerns were now put to rest. I would highly recommend to all long time customers to.please share your concerns with this new management team so they are then better able to address your needs. Please give them a chance to earn your trust and business for the long term. When I am ready to purchase my next car, they will be first in line in consideration for my next car.
