I was nervous when I brought my car in. I have a 2020 Highlander with 56K miles. I was told I had a transmission problem. When I brought the car to the service department, I was pleasantly greeted by Michelle Manzo. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Thank goodness it was all still covered under the warranty. The mechanic Carlos fix my car in two days time. Michele gave me a loaner so I was able to get back-and-forth to work. It now runs like its brand new. I had heard through other people that some 2019, 2020 and 2021 Toyotas have transmission problems at 50 to 60K miles which was very stressful to find out about. I have never had any major problems like this with past Toyotas Ive owned. Michelle and Carlos did a great job. They took good care of me and my Highlander. Im very grateful. Thank you!!!

Honestly, I Really Have Nothing To Say Besides This Is The Team To Make It Happen! My Family Has Only Bought From This Dealer In All The Years They Have Been Open, So I Decided To Follow Their Steps! I Originally Came Looking For 2 Highlanders As A Surprise Gift For My Mother Who's Car Was Totaled Weeks Prior.. Was Greeted Right Away By Danny, The Way He Conducted Himself & How Professional He Is, Is What Really Kept Me There Despite How Busy It Was, Im A GSM Myself & Been In The Business 11yrs & I Must Say, Im Impressed.. I Was Very Specific, Needed A Specific Approval, Specific Term, & A Specific SUV For My Mother, & Danny & The Team Delivered No Questions Asked! Shortly After, I Had A Small Issue With The Cars Battery Not Operating As It Should, Spoke To The Used Car Manager Blake, & As Expected, They Took Care Of It Instantly! The Atmosphere, The Vibes, & Just Their Way Of Doing Business Is Honestly How A Dealer Should Be Ran, & Just As I Wouldn't Hesitate To Purchase Again From Them, If They Had A Position Open As An SM Or GSM, Id Jump On It Instantly! Not To Mention, Due To Banks Taking A Bit Long To Get Back To Us On Approval Even With My Credit Being High 7s, I Was Offered Coffee, & Danny Himself Was Generous Enough To Offer Me Dinner! Its The Little Things That Matter & That Make A Difference In This Industry! Thanks To The Team, Danny, Blake, Carlos, & All The Others Who Helped Make This Happen, I Was Able To Surprise My Mother With Her Dream SUV, A 2019 Highlander LE! Thank You Again Guys!

My husband and I just purchased a new Corolla Cross Hybrid at Empire Toyota and we were extremely pleased with the whole buying experience. During our first visit, when we had just stopped by to browse, we were greeted by sales specialist, Carlos Meza. Carlos was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive to our concerns. Since the vehicle we wanted is in high demand, Carlos kept in touch so that we were eventually able to return and take one for a test dive. While we waited a few weeks for our new Cross to arrive, Carlos sent us periodic updates on its progress. Once our purchase was finalized, Carlos patiently demonstrated many of the vehicles features. He is truly a tech expert and even encouraged us to contact him whenever that we have questions. Thanks as well to Josh Haynes, finance manager, for his outstanding customer service.
