I had an amazing experience at Empire Toyota thanks to Elijah and Chelsea! Elijah was there with us from the start and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I had many questions throughout the process, but he was incredibly patient and helped settle everything. Chelsea then handled the financial paperwork she gave us the time to review all documents and make our decisions without a rush and explained everything clearly, she also worked hard to get us a fantastic interest rate on our loan! We are forever grateful to both of them for making this such a smooth process. 5 stars for Empire Toyota!!!!!

I came for a Grand highlander not expecting to leave same day with one ! I sat with Zainab and she was very sweet and gave me a phenomenal deal I couldn't pass on, the car its self is a 10/10 and the customer service is just as good sham the manager and Chelsie the finance manager were helpful and made the whole process quick and neat! will definitely be returning for more
