Went car shopping for our daughter two weeks ago, Toyota RAV4 was one of the cars we were considering, drove by Empire Toyota of Huntington and decided to walk in. Our sales adviser was Elijah Dyer, he was very friendly, easy going and helpful. We asked for quite a bit of information about financing and leasing so that we could weigh our options, and Elijah quickly got us the information from his manager, and went back to his manager and got us the lower amount that we were negotiating for. He's very responsive and quick to reply to my text messages.

Elijah and Josh made the whole process so comfortable and smooth. They walked me through every single step and answered all my questions. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. Definitely recommend going to these guys. It was a single day deal and i was out with my brand new Rav4 Xle Premium in less than 4 hours.

Place filled with liars. Called before going to see a certain type of car , they said they had it over the phone, we got there and they didnt have it. We asked questions about the car the sales rep Elijah didnt know he kept trying to sell different cars when we clearly only came for a specific car. Avoid at all cost!

Had a great experience with Elijah and Chelsea. Elijah was very helpful and made the whole buying process easy. Chelsea handled all the financing paperwork, explained everything clearly, and helped me get the best deal. I really appreciate both of them and would definitely recommend them! I had an amazing experience at Empire Toyota thanks to Elijah and Chelsea! Elijah was there with us from the start and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I had many questions throughout the process, but he was incredibly patient and helped settle everything. Chelsea then handled the financial paperwork she gave us the time to review all documents and make our decisions without a rush and explained everything clearly, she also worked hard to get us a fantastic interest rate on our loan! We are forever grateful to both of them for making this such a smooth process. 5 stars for Empire Toyota!!!!!
