DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a sales person. Looking for a new vehicle for our growing family and were buying from out of state, we started with Josh, when we would ask questions, there would be an extreme delay in answering we constantly felt pushed aside. Every time we were on the phone he had zero interest in answering our questions. We seemed to be an inconvenience. MULTIPLE times he said he would call us back and never did, then he completely stopped responding. The weekend passed with no response from Josh. Monday came and we got a call from Sean, another salesman. At first he seemed eager to help us which was encouraging. However shortly after that call the same pattern repeated itself. Saying he would call back by a certain time, or in an hour and then we would never receive a call back. At one point I called back after waiting all day and he answered the phone “hey bro”. Clearly not working, also not calling back. We were dumbfounded. And began to ask ourselves if this dealership even wanted to sell this car. Very poor representation and communication from the dealership. ZERO professionalism. We were ready to purchase this vehicle even had shipping arranged since we were out of state. Paid for a pre purchase inspection and after all that we were left hanging. Completely ghosted without an explanation. We ended up purchasing from another dealership who was actually interested in selling. Most shocking experience, I would never recommend Empire Toyota of Huntington to anybody who is wanting a genuine experience. I believe the managers name is Frank, and I hope he is aware of how the employees are communicating and treating customers. Losing business. Very happy we did not end up purchasing through them. Found a better vehicle and a restored experience elsewhere.
