Recently Purchased a '26 Supra in the end of April. I had very great experience with my purchase. I want to thank Sales, Sales manager, and fianance manager (Sherry, Cham, and Josh) for excellent customer service. They made my purchase real smooth. This is a very fun car to drive. It is definitely one of a kind! Toyota and BMW did a great job in the car's development. This is the last year Toyota will be using BMW inline-6. 2027 and onward engine will be different. So don't miss out if your looking for something fun to drive! Thank you Toyota Huntington!!

We went back three years later to turn in our lease and look at buying a used car. That plan didn’t work out, but our salesperson Sherry was amazing and helped us figure out the right path into another vehicle. She was patient, never rushed us, and let us test drive three different vehicles until we found the right fit. Also a shoutout to Sam, the manager, who worked with us on the pricing and helped get everything where we needed it to be. Josh in finance was also great and took the time to walk through the numbers until everything made sense and worked for us. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend talking to Sherry if you’re looking for a vehicle. We've been loyal Toyota customers for nearly two decades and recently made the leap into the world of electric vehicles. Despite Toyota's relatively late entry into the EV market, we chose to stay with a brand we trust. However, our initial experience at Empire Toyota of Huntington left us somewhat disappointed due to an encounter with an inexperienced salesman who made us question our decision. Fortunately, our concerns didn't go unnoticed. When we raised our issues with Shantall, she went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure our satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they are addressed that truly matters. Shantall's exceptional efforts not only resolved our concerns but also solidified our loyalty to Empire Toyota of Huntington. We greatly appreciate her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Empire Toyota as we navigate the evolving automotive landscape, particularly with Toyota's foray into electric vehicles.

I had a great experience at Empire Toyota of Huntington. I found a used car online and went to see it. I worked with Jose on the sale. Both Jose and Larry, the GM they were and flexible. Everything they said they'd do was done when I picked up the car. When I arrived on delivery day, I was met by Yoelis, who couldn't do enough to make sure my dad and I were comfortable while we waited and Josh from Finance, who expeditiously did his job and explained everything clearly. Both of these gentlemen spoke respectfully, professionally and knew their job well.
