7/18/26 oil change: Keith is very nice. Lukas was great and has been really helpful whenever I bring in my car. He always explains what the car will need soon so I'm prepared. If I can give feedback about Empire dealership itself, I appreciate that appointments an be booked via text and in the same day. Very convenient. I'd like to ask that they please stop promoting coupons that are not valid. When I arrived, Keith told me that the $49.99 oil change coupon was invalid, even though the online ad showed it to still be running through 7/25/26. It was disappointing to pay double what I expected.
