Outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota 4Runner from Empire Toyota of Huntington. After an extensive search at other dealerships, I visited Empire where I was introduced to my salesperson, Nashalie. Nashalie was patient, kind, honest and sincere, not the typical pushy salesperson vibe. We found the car I liked and worked on a deal. While working out the details, Nashalie went on a brief vacation, but to ensure their was not interruption in service she introduced me to her fellow associate, Nick, who was equally knowledgeable, kind and honest. I visited the store with my mom to test drive the vehicle and Nick was sure to be extra kind and treated us with the upmost respect. Once we finalized the deal the sales manager, Frank helped seal the deal. He even came to my home to finalize the paper work, which was incredible. I'm super happy with my new car and even happier I met such an incredible team from the finance manager Larry, to the sales manager Frank to the sales team Nick and Nashalie. Great job guys, keep up the awesome work and.... THANK YOU!

After looking at 2 dealers and having the same experience over and over we got recommended by a close friend and we are so glad we walked in , staff was excellent honest and friendly. We got a RAV4 and we love it !!! Larry and staff was a pleasure to work with 0 bs straight forward !!! The financial team is very transparent explaining exactly what you get , no hidden surprises.
