Texted with Mindylee for over a week about a very specific car. Two hours before driving from 50 miles away, she confirmed the car was available. It wasn't. Dishonest and a complete waste of time. Update: I received a call from Anthony apologizing for the miscommunication, however miscommunication is not on my part. As a business that should be the 1st thing they should work on.

Should have expected this from a New York used car dealer. I called the dealer early in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was available. Mindy on the phone says "yes, it's still available, would you like to put down a deposit?" I reply yes. She replies "I'm unable to do it but my manager can call you back and do it for you". The manager never calls. I'm not too worried, this vehicle was supposedly sitting for several weeks according to the dealer. To my surprise, I get to the dealer after driving over 3 hours only to be told "sorry we just had someone else put a deposit on it this morning and it's now unavailable. However we have a bunch of other vehicles available". I was pissed. I felt like the rug was pullout under me. Everything on the lot was overpriced and the only other decent vehicle I had any interest in was on the lot but was supposedly also sold that morning and they haven't updated the website. Do yourself a big favor and avoid these bozos!!

I inquired about a car through the website and got an email from a MindyLee asking me to come see the car. She asked for my phone number and a deposit to hold the car to which I said I don't give out my phone number and I'd rather not leave a deposit till I see the car. We made an appointment by email and had about four conversations. She emailed me the morning of at 11 o'clock for my appointment at 2:30 to make sure I was coming I said yes. I get there and I'm greeted by Omar who says she's part of some type of team and she should've referred it to him. I said OK, he asked if I'd like to see the car and I said I'd like to talk numbers first. He supposedly goes to talk to his manager, then comes back and says that the car has been sold last night! This was a complete waste of time-they are not transparent, dishonest, unprofessional and I do not recommend them.! Beware.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE! BEWARE OF MINDY!!! They'll say anything to get you to come to the store. I bought a car from them before, so I thought I'd try again. I called about another car I liked. Mindy answered my call, but wow, she was not nice at all. Still, I asked about the car I liked, and she told me they had three of them ready to go today. I had to drive for an hour to get there, so I called Mindy again to double-check. She promised me the car was there. I was ready and happy. I even had the money for the down payment. So, my friends and I drove an hour to the store. When we got there, things were different. The salesperson didn't even know which car I wanted. And then they told us they didn't have the car I wanted at all. I couldn't believe it. How can one person say they have three cars ready, and another say they have none? They either need to teach their workers better or stop lying to customers to get them in the store. This was the worst time I ever had at a car store. I'm not coming back. They lost an existing customer.
