John and Romeo were awesome. I brought my Lexus in for a bunch of issues knowing they have a lot of Lexus experienced technicians. Romeo helped me identify the most serious issues and gave me a very fair estimate. The repairs were done as agreed. The car was returned extremely clean (practically detailed). I will only take my Lexus to Empire Toyota.
