Full disclosure before I start, I have never been a fan of interacting with car dealerships. That said, on the whole, my experience with the staff of Empire Toyota of Huntington was very satisfactory. My initial interaction was with salesperson Shaad Hosain. Young and energetic, what he lacked in sales experience he more than made up for in enthusiasm to deliver a quality experience to the customer. At time of sale Finance Manager Josh Haynes and General Manager of Sales made the process extremely smooth with no pressure. Bumps along the way… sure, but in the end the folks at Empire get 2 thumbs up from me
