Thank you Sunny it’s always a pleasure and of course the laborers in installing my new battery - but also checking the vehicle for any other possible issues. Together they’re a team. I needed to replace my battery. The battery has been proven to be effective and long lasting. I like coming here even though I live 5 hours away. I returned to continue service when possible and friendship here @ Empire. God Bless you all

I was overdue for my 25,000 service, my last free service. I had 30,000 miles. Sunny didn't;t inform me that I would have to pay for this service, but thank God I looked at my paperwork before they started the work and pulled my car out of there. I took my car elsewhere to a shop that I trust, and will not return to Toyota again. And this is my SEVENTH Toyota. He tried to do the same thing with my last car, but i didn't catch it in time,
