Brought in my 2022 Toyota Highlander for service on July 11th due to having audible transmission whine and jerking during acceleration. I was helped by Sunny Dalavai who after having the technician review my issue, concluded it would be covered under Toyota’s Powertrain warranty at no cost to me. I was given a courtesy vehicle in regards which operated well but had an odor of cigarette smoke I couldn’t remove. The work was completed in approximately 1.5 weeks and I received my vehicle back this morning at no cost to me. So far it has been operating very smoothly and the transmission issues I had been experiencing have not come back. Sunny was a professional as well as a pleasure to deal with, I would have no issue bringing my car back to have any sort of work done. I will monitor the vehicle over the next few days and update if anything changes.

I really enjoy coming here to get my car serviced. The waiting room is clean and large with plenty of places to sit. Repairs and maintenance are completed quickly and professionally. Service manager Sunny is awesome! :)
