What a top notch experience we had with Empire Volvo. Upon entering the meticulous showroom, Chris Abbatiello greeted us with a friendly welcome. He allowed us to look question and compare the XC60 and XC40. Never did we feel pressure. After test driving both models, we could not decide which model would be right for our current needs. Both vehicles were luxury models, fully equipped, smooth and streamlined! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. Returning the next day, with our many questions answered, we purchased the 2026 XC60 and XC40. Due to the cohesive team, James the general manager finding the brand new XC60 vs. purchasing a loaner, Danny with his technical expertise, Nick walking us through the lot, Jim with his patience guiding me through the tutorial of my new high tech car and Sahil the business manager we had the utmost professional, satisfying experience. We even traded in our Porsche Macan, 911 and Toyota Tundra to Empire. The seamless transaction was incredibly effortless! Thank you Chris and Empire Volvo for making our dealer experience one of the BEST!! I am truly loving driving my VOLVO XC 60. It certainly is a safe, sleek vehicle!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Chris at Empire Volvo in Smithtown. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right vehicle. We never felt pressured or rushed, which made the entire process much more enjoyable. Chris went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. It’s rare to find someone who is this personable and focused on the customer’s experience. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It is my pleasure to write a review for empire volvo in smithtown. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted by a gentlemen named chris. As soon as he greeted us by the entrance and shook our hand and immediately my wife and i felt this warm incredible welcome . we felt his warm caring nature he exudes .Before we even started having a detailed conversation on what we are looking for he presented us with the perfect vehicle with in 5 minutes of being with him. Before seeing Chris I had visited many dealerships to look for the vehicle that I wanted I felt every dealership that I went to they were trying to bamboozle, me and to make me feel as if I do not know the difference between financing and purchasing a vehicle with cash. It was a losing proposition. finally on a Friday evening,we decided to take a chance with this dealership and thank God we did .we took a ride on a Friday evening via the LIE to Smithtown volvo hoping for some good luck. Managment should be thankful that they have such a caring,informative, smart salesman that works for them. You have people in the service industry like Chris that are Very far and few that actually care for the cudtomer and I can vouch for that. Because I was in a service industry For 33 years that I had to make sure my customer was always happy and satisfied. Chris's warm and attentive approach made us feel truly heard and valued. Chris worked extra hard to address every single one of our needs with great care. Before we asked a question or we had a consern it was answered immediately.even the smallest detail chris had the remedy. Ladies and gentlemen I can go on about the perfect experience with a great gentleman (chris) It was so easy to purchase a vehicle with . He gave us the absolute best deal , including all taxes purchase price motor vehicle registration inspection. I paid less than any other dealer deal that Was offered to me and only the purchase price of the vehicle. My wife and I were shocked and pleased. With the price that was quated to us. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 Volvo XC90 B6 Ultimate from this dealership. This is my second XC90, and as a loyal Volvo customer, I was already confident in the brand. Because of that, I didn't inspect every detail of the vehicle before signing the contract. Chris, our salesperson, went above and beyond throughout the process. He and the service team proactively repaired several minor paint imperfections that I hadn't even noticed. I only realized how much work had been done after Chris shared photos and videos of the repairs. When the vehicle was delivered, we were extremely pleased with its condition. Chris also demonstrated outstanding customer service by promptly updating the contract after we noticed the dealership's website listed a lower sale price than what was initially reflected in the paperwork. In addition, rather than asking me to return to the dealership, he personally drove to my workplace to deliver a replacement floor mat, saving me an extra trip. Overall, Chris and the entire team were professional, honest, and customer-focused. We are very happy with our purchase experience and highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Volvo. I live in Louisiana and purchased a used Toyota GR86 from this dealership for my son. Purchasing a vehicle without physically seeing it in person comes with its risks, but Chris (my salesman) did everything possible to address all of my concerns. This included many photos, videos, putting the car on a rack so I could see the underside for any damage, and addressing a couple cosmetic concerns that I had. I received the car yesterday and it did not disappoint. It was even in better shape than we expected. Chris was responsive and professional throughout the process. A+ experience!
