This is the best dealership, I cannot recommend it enough. Weve now had 2 cars through Empire Volvo, we keep coming back because theyre so hospitable, no nonsense and extremely friendly and kind. Shockingly great experience! I ventured in on a whim after researching the EX30 incentives and was greeted by Lana who was so friendly and is amazing. She immediately asked if I wanted to test drive the EX30 and knew the car in and out. Discussing the lease numbers with her and Kristin was a breath of fresh air compared to the average dealership interaction and they both went out of their way to earn my business. Everything about the experience was about as smooth and great as humanly possible. Sahil helped get me to the number I needed on my trade-in and was very knowledgeable with lease finance. Danny was a pleasure did a great job walking us through the car's app and features on the day of delivery. My wife and I are so happy with deal they gave us that we will absolutely be returning customers when our lease is up.

We bought our 2025 XC90 in May of this year. Our sales person,Dan Iohse, was terrific and answered our myriad of questions, timely and accurately. The process of purchasing the car was smooth and quick as we are second time owners of this same model Volvo that we truly enjoy. The pick up was easy and we received a comprehensive overview training on all the new aspects of this years model. At our first warrantee visit the car needed a replacement part. The dealership arranged for a loaner car at their expense as the part would take a couple of days to arrive. It turned out the part was delayed and we had the loaner for almost two weeks. When we picked the car up we chatted with a customer service person on the floor of the dealership who learned we had to wait almost two weeks for our brand new car to be returned to us. It turned out she was the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick, and she said she would arrange for some courtesy compensation. We didnt expect more than a gift card to be applicable to future service if anything. To our great surprise after a few weeks we received a check equal to one month of our car loan!! What an incredible courtesy on the part of the Manager and Volvo. We truly appreciate the consideration and attention, from sales to service to management David and Niels. Southampton NY
