Shockingly great experience! I ventured in on a whim after researching the EX30 incentives and was greeted by Lana who was so friendly and is amazing. She immediately asked if I wanted to test drive the EX30 and knew the car in and out. Discussing the lease numbers with her and Kristin was a breath of fresh air compared to the average dealership interaction and they both went out of their way to earn my business. Everything about the experience was about as smooth and great as humanly possible. Sahil helped get me to the number I needed on my trade-in and was very knowledgeable with lease finance. Danny was a pleasure did a great job walking us through the car's app and features on the day of delivery. My wife and I are so happy with deal they gave us that we will absolutely be returning customers when our lease is up.
