I recently had an appointment to bring my Volvo 2024 XC90 into this dealership for a software upgrade to correct a technical problem that arose between an issue of interface between the new Google upgrade to these cars, and Sirius radio/ I was treated by Nach, the service advisor, who accommodated, as he has done previously, my request that Nino Gambino, the consummate technician, by the way to work on my car. I have come to rely on his expertise to keep my cars running properly for many years. Nino was able to rectify the problem relatively quickly and completely, and, as Nash had planned, it matched with my schedule and I was able to wait for it. After Nino finished his work, I was then turned over to Danny, to finish the process. By that I mean, whenever such a software update is done, it can be possibly that other technology corrections have to be made. In this case, my phone must again be paired to the car and possibly adjusted for the phone to work thru the car's electronics properly, for hands-free, etc. Danny also performed his role, quickly and thoroughly. Danny is a prime example of the excellent customer service rendered by this dealership. He is truly exemplary at his job and really knows these cars and their electronics as well as their interactions with cell phones. My experience has been that many dealerships do not have such a person on staff and just tell the customers that they don't deal with cell phones and to go to your individual cell service provider. I had this happen years ago with another dealership, and the cell provider said it was a dealer issue and sent me back to that dealer. Very frustrating to say the least, This dealership is more concerned with treating the customer properly and I thank the dealership's general manager for making such a valuable member of her staff as Danny available to properly provide this aspect of customer service. His willingness to help those of us with lesser technology expertise is exemplary, and certainly demonstrates the caring climate of this dealership. I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Empire Volvo in Smithtown. I was in the market for a safe, reliable vehicle that is also aesthetically pleasing. I was greeted very warmly by Chris who was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and found a vehicle that is perfect for me! Danny and James were incredibly helpful with the process of acquainting me with some (of many features available), while actively listening and offering a monthly payment that I am comfortable with. This is my first Volvo purchase and I have to say that from the moment that I arrived and was greeted by Chris (who was very approachable and welcoming), to the moment that I drove out with my beautiful new XC40, I felt like a valued customer, though I am a first time buyer of a Volvo product. I am very pleased and impressed with my experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Ask for Chris!!

Dealing with the team at Empire Volvo of Smithtown NY was such a great experience. From the moment we walked into the Dealership we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Our sales rep Nicholas Brass allowed us to walk around the showroom, with hoovering over us to let us look and discover the showroom cars. Nick was available to answer all of our questions and explained the different levels of SUVs. We test drove both the XC60 and XC90. We decided on the XC90 and Nick worked with us to find the color and interior of our choice. I cannot express how wonderful this experience was and how grateful we were to be able to deal with such a wonderful team. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove our new Volvo home the team from Nick Brass to Sahil Ranyal, Product Specialist to Danny Porti , Tech Guru we could not be happier. This Team made us feel like family and we are so comfortable with them that we have been back with some tech questions. We love our new CX90 and have become a Volvl family! I never write reviews; however, this was such a wonderful experience, no pressure like some other dealerships we visited. We did not expect to make a decision that day, but we were blown away with the SUV, and the Team that we purchased the car in 1 day and took it home a few days later! This is our first Volvo and we love it! If you are looking for a dealership and Team run to Empire Volvo to experience the best of the best!
