I am very grateful that I was treated with respect knowing it was going to be difficult to solve an intermittent problem with my 2020 S60. But, Nash listened, gave me a loaner and I believe did everything they could. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. I am confident it will be in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with Nash! I would say he was outstanding.

Purchased my first Volvo at this location and Lana was amazing, she knew everything about the vehicle and got me a great deal. Dylan was also superb. I was very happy with the Sales person Lana Vladi. me and my wife came to look at cars and Vladi was happy to assist us . she recommend a test drive .We did test drive on a S60 and XC60..she explained the The different feature in each car is pretty impressive at the end, I still wasnt sure what car I won't. or even if I was going to buy one.she wasnt pushy sales person .Like some salespeople are. That I really appreciate it gives you time to think When its time for our next, Volvo, we will definitely come back to Smithtown Volvo This is our fourth the last one was 300,000 miles before I sold it. Great customer service
