We are officially an exclusively Volvo household! 🚙🇸🇪 Yesterday we made the trip to Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown on Long Island for the second time in as many months to purchase my beautifully reconditioned 2020 XC40. The dealership staff were amazing. They listened to our needs and were incredibly empathetic to our challenging circumstances. They worked their magic to structure two complex deals that lowered our overall monthly payments, getting us exactly what we wanted along with real peace of mind knowing both cars are covered bumper-to-bumper mechanically for the foreseeable future. And of course, no major family decision happens without Chad’s (our bulldog) approval. He insisted on sitting right on my husband’s lap at the dealership to oversee the paperwork, acting as our unofficial, co-signer to ink and approve the deal! 🖊️ 🐾 Huge thank you to Kristen, Nick, Danny and the to the team at Empire Volvo for taking such great care of us and making a tough season a little brighter.

I can't recommend Volvo Empire in Smithtown enough! Kristen has the absolute best team, and she personally helped me through every single step of the process. I was so stressed about finding the right car, but she was incredibly patient while I test drove different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I actually ended up with a car I hadn't even considered, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! I had a lot of anxiety from past experiences with car salespeople, but this experience completely changed my perspective. The financing process was so transparent, straightforward, and easy to understand. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable the entire time.
