Thank you Nash and Marco for your excellent service and attention to detail. I arrived on Long Island from NJ late Friday night when I heard a strange noise from the engine. Father's Day wknd seeing family, etc. Don't know if my car is safe to drive, especially back to NJ on a holiday wknd with more traffic. Called the nearest Volvo dealer. Spoke with Nash who was personal and professional on the phone. He immediately said I could bring the car in right away and they'd take a look. Thank goodness they heard the noise as well, it meant I wasn't imagining anything. Again, this is Friday morning of a holiday wknd and Nash took such good care of me. I would have headed back to NJ immediately had the situation not been resolved. Then Marco, their top technician, was asked to come out and take a listen and a look. They offered to put the car up on the lift to see if they could see what was causing the hissing sound as I accelerated and found a clamp not securely closed around a vital hose (turbo) from our dealership in NJ, from a previous repair. I was in and out with a washed car in record time. Thank you Nash and Marco for helping so effortlessly with such professionalism. I was very lucky to find Empire Volvo of Smithtown on a busy holiday wknd.

Marco Barrera- shop Foreman- mechanic was excellent he was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were very good. He went above and beyond what was excepted of was necessary to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I will always bring my car back to this dealership for all my service needs and will always request Marco Barrera to work on my car.
