We have been driving Volvos for over 3 decades and still love their comfort and safety. From Georgetown Motors to Empire Volvo, it has been a pleasure to deal with this franchise for sales and service over the years. When our former salesperson Frank retired a few years ago, we hoped that we'd find a replacement who understood our needs. Enter Dan Lohse. He has just delivered our third new SUV and we look forward to many more. He's low pressure but willing to research whatever we ask and has patience beyond his years. He is flexible where possible and always delivered what he commits to without hidden surprises. Empire also is so welcoming due to their receptionists Lisa DePietro and Maureen Seibel. Whenever I call, they both personify the best in making the customer feel valued and truly do followup on requests. Your callbacks have always been appreciated. Finally, Sahil Ranyal completed our paperwork in reasonable time. He explained everything I asked but was extremely organized and guided me through the lengthy process without any issues or wasting my time. Thanks to this Empire Team for a job well done!
