I don't usually do reviews but I had such a surprising and wonderful experience that I have to share. I visited other dealerships and did not receive or experience the same service that I received at Empire Volvo. I decided to try Empire Volvo due to Volvos outstanding safety reputation. I was not disappointed. I dealt with salesperson Nick, who was responsive and professional throughout process and answered all my questions. I did not feel trapped by the typical car dealership salesperson. I said from the start what I could spend. I found Nick to be extremely nice and quite knowledgeable. He worked extremely hard to make this transaction happen for me and I just wanted to giver him and Volvo themselves a big call out. Thank you everyone who had a part down to cleaning the vehicle. Amazing.

The entire staff at Volvo in Smithtown couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. You really can’t go wrong with anyone you work with, everyone is genuine and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A quick shoutout to both Nicks for making the experience even better. To be honest, I wasn’t even considering a Volvo at first, but after talking with the team, they showed me exactly why the XC40 was the perfect fit for me. I’m extremely happy with my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience at Volvo in Smithtown!

Empire Volvo in Smithtown is FIRST-CLASS. I recently leased my third Volvo (the first two were from another dealership). At the previous dealership I knew one person (the sales guy). At Empire, the staff, including Lisa at the front desk, Dan a Product Specialist, and Nicholas in Sales were some of the BEST I have ever seen in any industry. They greeted me each time I walked in with a smile as if they were working at the happiest place on earth. I really think they just might be.
