I leased my first Volvo at Empire yesterday. As a repeat leaser at other dealerships, I can truly say this experience was exceptional. Matthew was very Knowledgeable and professional as was his manager Nick. The leasing process was seamless. No pressure, friendly, and personable dealership. And of course , I love my new Volvo. Would highly recommend!

Dealing with Nick was an absolute delight. I despise traffic, but I would still drive from Jersey to Long Island to buy another car from him. Cross Bronx and LIE are nightmares, but Nick made it worth the trip. He came in on his day off, stayed with us and explained every detail about the car. Extremely knowledgeable about the car, which is an outstanding vehicle, and all products Volvo offer. My wife is already talking about buying a car next year and I will be making the nightmare trip through traffic to deal with Nick again. This is my first Volvo and already looking forward to purchasing another from Nick. Thank you for making my purchase an easy and fulfilling experience.

The entire staff at Volvo in Smithtown couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. You really can’t go wrong with anyone you work with, everyone is genuine and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A quick shoutout to both Nicks for making the experience even better. To be honest, I wasn’t even considering a Volvo at first, but after talking with the team, they showed me exactly why the XC40 was the perfect fit for me. I’m extremely happy with my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience at Volvo in Smithtown!

I am extremely happy with every moment of my experience at Empire Volvo. Before Volvo, I visited Lincoln and did not experience the same customer service that I did at Volvo. My initial salesman, Semy, was very nice. He found the exact car that I wanted. The transaction was passed on to the manager, Nick, who could not be nicer and more knowledgeable. There was no nonsense. I did not feel like I was with the typical car dealer salesperson. I told him right from the start what I could spend and he made it work. Within a few hours, I drove out my new car and I absolutely love my XC 60! Looking forward to many happy years driving my car. Thank you, Nick and Semy!
