I've been to multiple Volvo dealerships over the years, but here on Long Island, service options are limited, so I brought my vehicle to Empire Volvo of Smithtown. My Volvo was experiencing some issues, and thankfully I had purchased an extended warranty. Unfortunately, it had been so long that I couldn't even remember the warranty company's name. That's where Raymond, my service advisor, stepped in and took care of everything. From start to finish, he handled the entire process with professionalism and made it completely stress-free. Raymond kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and best of all, made sure I had a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. That level of customer care made a huge difference. Empire Volvo has a gorgeous showroom, and every employee I encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive. The entire experience felt seamless and luxurious, exactly what you'd hope for from a Volvo dealership.
