Great experience at Empire Volvo! Lana was our salesperson, and she did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. She helped us not only get the vehicle we always wanted, but also at a price we could afford. Everyone was fantastic! We didn’t expect the car-buying experience to be this easy and exciting. Went in over the weekend to try to test drive a XC40. Spoke with sales rep Lana who was super helpful the entire time. Test drove the car and went over some numbers. Had one manager James come in and explained to him we were looking at a car to lease in the future and what we were looking to pay and time frame very helpful. There was a miscommunication with some manager named Sahil, who than proceeded to come in and tell me and my girlfriend we were here wasting there time not wanting to buy a car immediately and trying to make me feel bad for coming in and wanting to test drive a car. He than said “if I knew you were here looking to just test drive the car and not buy, I would have turned you away at the door and said don’t come in”. This was our only free time we were both available to see a car together and we had an overall pleasant experience until this one manager Sahil who ruined the whole experience. Everyone else was very respectful just one bad apple spoiled the bunch.

We took a chance and visited Empire Volvo when looking for a car. Chris was phenomenal. He took the time to ask questions to find the right car that would fit our needs. He took us out in a test drive explaining the features of the car. When we decided to buy the car, James sat in the car explaining all the features of the car, paired our phones, and help us set up the app for the car. Sahil took his time explaining the terms of the financing and warranty. This was wonderful experience and we have a great car!

Sahil Ranyal is the best sales manager ever. Just spoke with him about the incident that happened yesterday. I’m glad that we could understand each other in a right way. Anyway he is the best person to deal with . If I decide to buy a Volvo I will deal with him 100%.

I highly recommend Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown. Chris Abbatiello was my salesperson. He carefully listened to my needs and respected very much my "negotiating skills". He sold me just the car I was hoping for at a very fair price. He and Sahil Ranyal, and Danny Porti, and Lisa made my experience stress free and, in fact, most enjoyable. Dealing with the team at Empire Volvo of Smithtown NY was such a great experience. From the moment we walked into the Dealership we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Our sales rep Nicholas Brass allowed us to walk around the showroom, with hoovering over us to let us look and discover the showroom cars. Nick was available to answer all of our questions and explained the different levels of SUVs. We test drove both the XC60 and XC90. We decided on the XC90 and Nick worked with us to find the color and interior of our choice. I cannot express how wonderful this experience was and how grateful we were to be able to deal with such a wonderful team. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove our new Volvo home the team from Nick Brass to Sahil Ranyal, Product Specialist to Danny Porti , Tech Guru we could not be happier. This Team made us feel like family and we are so comfortable with them that we have been back with some tech questions. We love our new CX90 and have become a Volvl family! I never write reviews; however, this was such a wonderful experience, no pressure like some other dealerships we visited. We did not expect to make a decision that day, but we were blown away with the SUV, and the Team that we purchased the car in 1 day and took it home a few days later! I had an absolutely amazing experience leasing my new Volvo at Empire Volvo, and I cant say enough great things about Sahil Ranyal and Nick Brass. I had been working with them for months as my XC60 lease was coming to an end. I knew I needed to upgrade to a larger XC90 since I needed a third row, but I was determined not to significantly increase my monthly cost. Sahil had originally helped me secure an incredible deal on my XC60, but he had since left that dealership. When I randomly walked into Empire Volvo and saw Sahil, I was so happy to see him! True to their word, Sahil and Nick worked tirelessly to find the perfect XC90 for me at an amazing price and actually included more features than I had even asked for. Throughout the entire process, they were honest, transparent, and respectful of my time. There were no games, no pressure, and none of the typical dealership tactics you usually expect. Because of this experience Ill always work with Sahil and Nick going forward. If youre looking for a stress-free, trustworthy, and genuinely positive car leasing experience, I highly recommend Empire Volvo.
