We needed a car and found a nice three year old Subaru online at Empire Volvo in Smithtown, Long Island. I drove over an hour without an appointment and met Spomenko Pajovic who said lets get the keys and go for a test drive. Great guy who helped make the whole experience easy. Bought it on the spot. Would definitely recommend!

It was overall an excellent experience buying my Volvo from Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown. My salesperson, Spomenko Pajovic, was very thorough and knowledgeable both about the process and the vehicle. He spent a couple of hours taking me through every step of the process and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I will definitely recommend the dealership and the salesperson to anybody who is looking to buy a car.

I was able to lease a new car from The Volvo dealership in Smithtown. The financial manager Nick LoCascio and the salesman who helped me Spomenko Pajovic were incredible. They were very patient with me and they worked extremely hard to be able to find a way to get me out of my lease and allow me to lease a brand new XC 40. I am extremely happy with the service and the car and I would recommend these people and the dealership to anyone. Their patience, their professionalism, and their honesty is something that is rare to find among car dealerships.

So this is my third time that I leased from Empire Volvo. I cannot say enough how wonderful and friendly all the people who work at this dealership are! I had 2 months left on my lease so I knew I needed to make a decision whether to purchase my 2021 S60 Volvo or lease a new 2024 S60 Volvo. My niece had purchased a Volvo for the first time at Empire Volvo & was so happy with her salesman, Spokmenko Pajovic (Seme). She said that I needed to deal with him, so I took her up on her advice and was not disappointed. He was amazing, helpful, & honest! My heart was set on one specific car 2024 S60 & he made it happen along with Nick in finance who was also amazing! I couldnt be more happier with my purchase! Shout out to Dan, Thank you with all your help & patience explaining & helping me navigating this new car. You were always helpful when you worked in the service department & now in sales. Shout out to Lisa at the front desk who is always so personable as well! I Love the fact when I bring my Volvo for service my car is always cleaned & washed & never have to wait long for it to be serviced. Semi (Pajovic) was most helpful and professional in aiding me in my decision to lease another Volvo, rather than purchasing my car.
