I have owned Volvos for years and always worked with Kristen. She is always professional and gets me the best deal. I cant say enough about how the team at empire went out of their way to make my buying experience exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car go see Kristen, Tua the bull dog, and my new friend Dan. They rock!!!. They did it again just added a XC90!! Thanks again empire!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smithtown, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to their outstanding General Manager, Kristin. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Kristin, in particular, stood out with her extensive knowledge about the Volvo lineup and her genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find the perfect vehicle. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that I ended up with a car that not only met but exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Kristin demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that is rare to find in the automotive industry.
