Sara provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. Consistently the best Service Representative at Crown. My Range Rover was due for a software update for a recall. My appointment was made, and vehicle brought in right away. Additionally, she helped me coordinate with Brian from the Parts Department to assist in ordering the needed part for my Defender and assisted in ensuring that once received she would help to facilitate its installation. Brian was exceptional in reviewing my Defender to ensure only the parts that were needed were ordered, placed the order and arranged the purchase within 30min. I had previously gone to another facility for the Defender parts and waited 7 days before I even got a response which was only to advise they hadn't heard anything back from their ordering processing contact. EXCEPTIONAL all round.

Dakota Bennett provided excellent sales service in assisting me with the purchase of a Range Rover Velar. He provided several options to consider and was very creative in putting together a deal that provided a first class package with all the features one might want in a luxury Range Rover at a fair price and reasonable terms. Brittany was also helpful with establishing a fair trade in value on my Jeep Wrangler. Joseph was another great resource in completing the final terms of the lease and outlinning the best options to ensure protection of the vehicle's interior and exterior, including tire protection. He introduced me to Bryan in the Service Department and I was impressed with the overall very professional customer service experience.
