Our second purchase from Matt at Crown Jaguar in as many years. The first time was an XE that we absolutely love. The after sale touches of chocolates and Jaguar tire valve dust caps were a lovely bonus! This time we didn't really expect to drive out with a new car, we stopped on the off chance that as previous customers they might do us a deal on an F Pace? It didn't hurt to ask. We were actually heading to a Ford dealership to look at Explorers thinking they'd be cheaper and more in line with our budget. Wrong! But that's another story. So we spoke to Matt who we dealt with last time - his enthusiasm is infectious. We had a price in mind, and they couldn't really get there initially. But Matt and Michal the sales manager wanted the sale and to make us happy and put us in an F Pace, so they came up with an answer. Long story short, we are now in a stunning silver F Pace that's a really great price, and so much better than a more expensive Ford Explorer! We would highly recommend Matt Taneja and Crown Jaguar, and unless something changes, it will always be the first place we go to when in the market for a new vehicle. Edit: It's five years and multiple Jaguars later. Still love the brand and the Dealership, but want to put in a shoutout to the service department, and in particular Mike Kelley, who is by far the best service adviser I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, anywhere. If you are planning on taking . your car to Jaguar St Pete you've got to ask for Mike because he will work his butt off to make you happy. I hope he's there for a very long time! Second edit: Purchased yet another car from Jaguar St Petersburg and this time had the pleasure of dealing with Rodney. There was quite a difference between what I wanted for my trade in and what they wanted to give me, but they bridged the gap without much hesitation at all and we drove home in a new car! I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the way they go about their business. Rodney was great to work with, and made sure to keep us very happy customers, even after the sale. We will not and do not go anywhere to buy a car without going to Jaguar Land Rover St Pete first, and I highly recommend you do the same!!

Originally leased my car with Matt Taneja, who was very helpful throughout the process. While buying (or leasing) a car is still a time-consuming experience, the folks at Crown Jaguar made it as painless as humanly possible. My family has acquired two vehicles from Matt (and Crown) over the past few months and we've been very happy with how everything has turned out so far. Update: Bought out my lease in April, 2022, and dealt with Robbie Dereadt, who has helped me when minor issues have popped up along the way during the time I was leasing. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful and straightforward he is. When I bought out the lease, they allowed me to do it completely electronically, so I didn't have to drive down again. Really appreciated that. Great experience.

I absolutely felt compelled to write this review on the staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover in St Pete had the vehicle I was looking for! A 2018 Bmw M3! Long story short, I booked a flight to Tampa to test drive and inspect the vehicle. And I was extremely surprised at the level of customer service I received! Everyone at this dealership was phenomenal, and went "above and beyond" what I've experienced at other dealers. My sales rep "Dominic Esposito" was outstanding! I can not say enough good things about this gentleman, from arranging transportation from the airport to the dealership, to supplying me with information for Hotels close to them! I would also like to mention Robby Dereadt, "Internet Sales Manger", and TJ Muller, "Finance Manager". both are awesome gentlemen to deal with, and made sure that everything went smoothly! And I can't forget Conner Elm, who provided transportation to the airport for me! Another great person! So if you're reading this and are looking for a Jaguar, Land Rover or something pre-owned, give them a call! They just might have what you're looking for! So take a few days off, go to Tampa, and visit Jaguar Land Rover of St. Pete! I promise that you will not be disappointed! Thanks Guys for everything! Really impressed with the level of service and knowledge that the team at JLR St Petersburg has.
