Exceptional Service from Mike Kelly at Crown Jaguar!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Mike Kelly, my Service Manager at Crown Jaguar. He has helped me tremendously over the past several months with my 2012 Jaguar, and even though I don't have a service contract, he has always treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly, and he wouldn't let it go until he knew it was complete and right. Steve was an exceptional sales person and most importantly an after sale support person for me when I ran into an issue with a repair. He really had my back, as did everyone in the dealership including the service department. I go out of my way by 60 miles to get service done there. 100-% worth it!
