Horrible experience! I had to bring my car back again on Monday (8/10/ after picking it up two weeks ago with the same check engine light issue and code (P2187). My car was allegedly fixed after being in their care for a whole week two weeks ago. Sara now says the mechanic is still trying to figure out the issue. I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour because I don’t know when I will get my car back. So disappointing. I have never experience this with any dealer. No empathy either. I had a Benz before I have my Jag. I thought dealers were suppose to be top-tier. Smh Employees Worked With: Sara Cribbs

I am one of those duped i-pace owners with 2 recalls. However I have used JLR Crown Cars twice and I am pleased with the service as well as securing a courtesy car the 2nd on the second visit! Sara Cribbs provided excellent service, keeping me updated and dealing with the extended warranty company who wanted to nickel and dime me. Sara possesses excellent communication skills and is personable.

Steve was an exceptional sales person and most importantly an after sale support person for me when I ran into an issue with a repair. He really had my back, as did everyone in the dealership including the service department. I go out of my way by 60 miles to get service done there. 100-% worth it!
