I purchased a Jaguar certified preowned car here in May. As a long term customer, I had high expectations of the dealership and facility. Although the car I selected had some issues initially, I was most impressed that my Salesman (Thaddius Martinez) worked closely with the manager(Mr Rogers) and Service (Mike) to ensure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. All representatives of each department I was in contact with treated me with courtesy and respect. Thaddius was a pleasure to work with and Mike in Service was great. Kudos for another positive experience!

When transportation was running behind of the vehicle they stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure the car got on a truck to head our way. Nothing but positive things to say for the team to put myself at ease on yet another car buying experience.
