John was my sales exec at LR St. Petersburg, and being a client of another LR dealer, I have to say I was blown away by the service I received by John and his team at Land Rover St. Pete. I was set on buying a car that day, and had shown up to LR St. Pete after leaving another local dealer. They moved with a sense of urgency to find me a vehicle, and find what I was looking for - and they made it happen. John was excellent, took his time showing me different cars on the lot, talking through options with me. He's an expert on the cars, and I enjoyed working with him tremendously. He and Eli worked hard to find me what I was looking for. I will recommend John at LR to anyone and everyone, and a big shout out to Eli, who got the ball moving on the transport for my car, as well as Noah in finance, who made the process easy and painless, and was looking out for my best interest in terms of leasing vs purchasing. Both Noah and John stayed way past closing time to get my deal done, and I appreciate both for doing so. Kudos to an amazing and professional team, I received excellent service all-around and felt completely taken care of. 10/10 stars!

Crown Jaguar St. Petersburg did it again to earn double Perfect 10!! they went above and beyond for me, just like they did when I first got my Jaguar XJ from them in November of 2023. I live in Tallahassee, and unfortunately, Land Rover Tallahassee no longer services Jaguar vehicles. My car was long overdue for maintenance, so on March 28, my husband and I drove 249 miles to Crown Jaguar St. Pete with warning alerts flashing: "Service Required" and "Coolant Low." My husband was so worried we wouldn't make it, but by the grace of God, we arrived safely without a single issue. God is truly good to us. Even the service advisor was surprised we made it there safe and sound. Once they inspected the car, we learned it wasn't safe to drive back to Tallahassee without replacing the radiator hose, thermostat heater, cooling fluid, and two rear tires plus several other repairs. My biggest problem was that I didn't have the money to cover all the major works right away. That's when Mr. Eli stepped in with such kindness and a big heart. He allowed us to borrow a service vehicle for two weeks, so we could return to Tallahassee, go to work, and have time to secure financial assistance. It was a huge relief and a blessing. I highly recommend Crown Jaguar St. Petersburg, Florida, for their reliable service and genuine understanding of their customers' situations. I trust no other service center with my Jaguar XJ. A big thank you to Eli Luber, the General Manager you truly are the best of all!!!
