I've been a loyal customer of Crown Range Rover in St. Petersburg for 30 years, primarily because of the excellent service advisor, Sara, and salesperson, Karl Peterson. However, my recent experiences with the dealership management and Range Rover Company have been incredibly disappointing. Despite Sara and Karl's efforts, my Range Rover has been plagued with problems over the past two years. The most egregious issue has been the wait for a replacement windshield, which has stretched on for eight months. It's beyond comprehension that in this day and age, a company as large as Range Rover claims they cannot source a single windshield for my vehicle anywhere in the world. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is inexcusable, especially considering we are now four years post-pandemic. I refuse to stop highlighting this issue until it is resolved, either by Crown Range Rover taking responsibility and pushing Range Rover Company to act, or by Range Rover Company itself addressing the issue directly. My disappointment extends not only to the dealership management but also to the company as a whole. This experience has soured my opinion of Range Rover, and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I cannot in good conscience recommend Range Rover to anyone, although I must emphasize that my dissatisfaction does not reflect on the exceptional service provided by Sara and Karl.
