Horrible experience! I had to bring my car back again on Monday (8/10/ after picking it up two weeks ago with the same check engine light issue and code (P2187). My car was allegedly fixed after being in their care for a whole week two weeks ago. Sara now says the mechanic is still trying to figure out the issue. I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour because I don’t know when I will get my car back. So disappointing. I have never experience this with any dealer. No empathy either. I had a Benz before I have my Jag. I thought dealers were suppose to be top-tier. Smh Employees Worked With: Sara Cribbs

Thank you Miro for a great experience buying my new Range Rover. It's a nice feeling to drive away after you sign all the paper work and not question the deal you got. After the sale was great as well with Sara in the service department making sure I got my tow package mounted.

I actually live in Tampa and could service my vehicle much closer to home, but I choose Land Rover St. Petersburg every time, and that should tell you everything you need to know. The level of service here is simply on another level. Sara and Hayden are a team that delivers a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Communication is clear, the process is seamless, and they genuinely go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have had plenty of service experiences over the years, and nothing comes close to what they provide. When you find a team this good, distance does not matter. If you are debating where to service your Land Rover, this is the place.
