I had my eye on a Defender for some time after realizing I had driven a Jeep Wrangler for 27 years. I was ready for a change. Unfortunately, the closest Land Rover dealer to where I live in Wisconsin is 140 miles. While down in Tallahassee for a short while I decided to take a look at the Defender. I was very impressed. Charissa Mason, sales executive, came out while my wife and I were browsing and introduced herself. From there things were history. We will be driving home in a new Defender 110. There were no high pressure sales tactics but a very competent demonstration of what a Defender could do while answering my questions. If she did not know something she got a quick answer from one of her colleagues. Being an unplanned, out-of-state purchase there were all sorts of things that could go wrong. A few of them did. However, Charissa was able to guide us and help us through the challenges. Her knowledge and willingness to go a second mile are top-notch. Thanks to her assistance I am already discovering why one reviewer comparing the Defender 110 and Jeep Wrangler called the Defender "a Wrangler wearing a tuxedo".

We stopped by during a rain delay at a high school tennis match, and Im glad we did. Charissa Mason came out to greet us and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. So refreshing in any industry. The entire visit was fun and relaxed, and the negotiation process was straightforward and easy. Honestly, how could we not buy? This is the only Land Rover dealership Ill be visiting from now on, and Charissa is exactly who I want to work with.

We had tried to buy through a dealer in another city but had some concerns there. Charissa Mason at Land Rover of Tallahassee was extremely helpful and the entire staff there was so kind and helpful. We came there to just look but made a purchase that day on a new Range Rover Sport. Love the car and the dealership. If Charissa comes through with my Range Rover cap I might have to do six stars.
