This review is for a service experience focused on Joe Gruen. He is a service director and just was simply amazing. Was driving up to Alabama to move my daughter into school. Have a son who lives in Tallahassee and stop there on the way back my check engine light on my Range Rover sport came on and the car seemed to be running a little hot. Joe took my calls while I was driving through the sticks Of Alabama with a car full of furniture and walk me through what to do. I also stopped in and saw him while in Tallahassee. He grabbed my keys and did a quick diagnostic check. He assured me we can get back home to Fort Lauderdale and was just truly amazing whoever hired and promoted Joe did a great job. It’s truly the people that make a company and Joe represented Land Rover in a very best way five out of five stars Joe thank you for all your help and guidance. The Wagner family heading down to Fort Lauderdale.
